DIY Metal Carport Frame Parts for 20' x 20' High Peak Canopy
Cowboy Canopy Fittings Kits do NOT include the poles. The canopy poles must be purchased separately. EMT poles (Electrical Metallic Tubing) are sold in 10' lengths at any major hardware store. This 20' x 20' High Peak Fittings Kit uses 18 EMT conduit poles in size 1-1/4" diameter.
A 20' x 20' High Peak Kit includes 6 FB3G Fittings and 3 FB4G Fittings, as well as 6 Foot Pads. The inner diameter of a 1-1/2" Canopy Fitting is 1.550", and these 1-1/2" Fittings pair with 1-1/4" EMT conduit.
The Total Fittings Included in a 20' x 20' High Peak Canopy Kit are 15, comprising 9 Roof Fittings (FB3G and FB4G) and 6 Foot Pads. IMPORTANT: Canopy Kits include the FITTINGS ONLY. The poles are NOT included. Canopy Poles (EMT Conduit - Electrical Metallic Tubing) can be purchased at any major hardware store, and 18 EMT Poles are needed to build a 20' x 20' High Peak Canopy.

Cowboy Canopy uses only premium quality EMT Canopy Fittings, made of galvanized steel and rust resistant. All welds are finely crafted, including the eye bolts which have 360-degree welds (no tack welds). The galvanized steel thickness is a strong 16-gauge. Our Fittings are built to last for decades.
High Peak Canopy Kits can be customized to a specific size to fit your needs. The high peak angle is 120-degrees, which means there are 7" of rise for every foot of run of the length. Knowing this information allows you to modify your pole lengths. Kits are listed in 10' increments because EMT conduit is sold in 10' poles, but this can be changed.
Eye bolt connections on each Fitting are user-friendly and convenient. No drills, screwdrivers, or advanced skills in construction needed. Simply hand tighten the eye bolts to your poles for a fast set up and take town.
Cowboy Canopy is not responsible for Canopies or properties damaged due to acts of nature. This includes snow, rain, wind, floods, severe storms, or any other naturally occurring event. It is the customer's responsibility to use discretion during periods of severe weather, and take the necessary steps to ensure damage is not caused to the canopy or surrounding properties.
